Before your appointment...
-
Please refrain from drinking coffee before your appointment.
 -
Arrive with no makeup.
 -
Make sure your eyes are washed and completely clean.
 -
Shower the night before or early in the morning, because it is suggested not to get your lashes wet for the next 24 hours.
 -
Please be prepared to lay down between 3-5 hours. This time will depend on the type of service you are getting. During this process, in order to keep the chemicals from seeping into your eyes and causing irritation, I suggest no talking and minimal movement. You are welcomed to bring earphones to listen to whatever you want and/or take a nap.

After your appointment...
-
Do not get your eyelashes wet for the next 24 hours.
 -
Avoid steamy showers, saunas, or steam rooms for the next 48-72 hours.
 -
Avoid sleeping on your face. I recommend everyone get a satin pillowcase.
 -
Avoid all oil-based products on or around the eye area. Oil-free only.
 -
Do not use mascara or oily/gel eyeliner.
 -
Do not use a eyelash curler.
 -
Remove any makeup with lint-free swabs. No cotton.
 -
Avoid pulling or rubbing eyes.
 -
Schedule your touch-ups every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes nice and full.

How to wash your lashes...
-
Wash your lashes at least once a day.
 -
Pump foam onto your fingers or brush provided and apply it around the eyes in a circular motion - massaging it down gently and going underneath the eyelashes. Wash off with lukewarm water.
 -
Do not brush when wet! Pat dry with paper towel/towel or blow dry on low and cool. Then, brush.
 -
Always brush from the middle , outward. You can brush from underneath or top. Avoid the base of the eyelashes as it may snag the base of the extension.
